З метою усунення негативних факторів, що впливають на морально-психологічний стан та настрій всього особового складу військ викликаний ініціативами Кабінету міністрів України повідомляємо, що 24.12.2008 року Колегією Міністерства внутрішніх справ МВС України проведено певну роботу з роз’яснення посадовим особам КМ України, про недопустимість прийняття доповнень та змін до Закону України “Про пенсійне забезпечення осіб, звільнених з військової служби, та деяких інших осіб”. У відповідність до проведеної роботи депутатським корпусом Верховної Ради України відкликано проект Закону № 3519-3521 “Про внесення змін до деяких законів України” ініційований кабінетом міністрів України.**************************Шановні військовослужбовці!!!! Як повідомили у центрі громадських зв'язків ГУМВС України у м. 	Our history The Interior Troops stages of development have been starting since March 27, 1811, when according to the Decree of the Russian Emperor Alexandre I the batallions of internal guards were created. In different times the public security guardians had different names: Internal Military Guards, Local Troops, Escorting Guards, Internal and Escorting Guards, Interior Troops. There was only one - special character of service, public order protection, protection of the condemned and arrested persons, important facilities protection, fighting against crime. Interior Troops of Ukraine is the military formation. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and executes missions and functional responsibilities in sphere of public order protection, important facilities protection, fighting against crime. The Interior Troops modern annals is conducting since March 26, 1992 after the Law of Ukraine "About Interior troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" was ratified. Moreover, the officer personnel training is realized in the military education system of the Ministry of Defense, Border Guards, Ministry of Internal Affairs as well.   Interior Troops International Contacts The main purpose of Interior troops international military cooperation is to achieve close and friendly cooperation with similar foreign military formings, which execute the same tasks and missions. Interior troops has arranged close relations with similar structures of Russia, Byelorus, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Egypt. With similar formings the following documents were signed: Protocol On cooperation between Interior troops of Ukraine and Gendarmerie of Romania Protocol On cooperaton between Main Department of Interior troops of Ukraine and Main Command of Interior troops of Russian Federation Memorandum On intentions of cooperation between Interior troops of Ukraine and Gendarmerie of Turkey Technical agreement On cooperation between Main Department of Interior troops of Ukraine and General Command of Carabineer troops of Italy Agreement On cooperation between Interior troops of Ukraine and Department of Energy of USA Morever, Interior Troops performs the obligations according to the international military cooperation documents signed by National Guards of Ukraine with similar structures of Egypt, Argentina and Latvia.
